Bodylines beauty salon in Roman Square, Sittingbourne is co-owned and managed by Liza Smith and Julie Baker.

Liza has 20 years experience of nail and beauty treatments and has worked with some of the top stars in the World today including Kylie Minogue, Jennifer Lopez and more recently Claudia Schiffer and Naomi Campbell.

 She has been responsible for doing the nails for shoots and advertising campaigns for Louis Vuitton; Burberry; Calvin Klein; Firetrap, and most recently, Chanel.

She has also been summoned to do private visits for Naomi Campbell  

and by royal command, to the Queen of Norway.

 Her work has been seen in numerous issues of Bella, the front cover of Tatler, Mail on Sunday, You magazine, Hello and in current issues of Vogue and Harpers and Queen (Jan 08)

Liza has trained all of the members of staff at Bodylines

and many of them assist Liza at these prestigious jobs.

In 2006 and 2008 Liza and Julie completed nails for 'Britain's Next top model' and the 'makeover' TV shows

   In December 2007, all 10 members of staff rose to the challenge of providing 3 teams of manicurists in all 3 branches of Gap in Oxford Street where their customers were offered free manicures.

In 2007 Julie and Natalie joined Lisa for the Paris Fashion Show,

Julie, Laura, James and Little Lisa for the Calvin Klein shoot,

and Holly and Julie for Louise Vuitton shoot, 

In January 2008 Natalie for a Prada shoot in London and

in February Liza, Julie, James, Natalie, Myra, Little Lisa and Holly did the London Fashion week completing over 250 models in 16 of the shows.

During the same period they also did nails on the current TV show Britain's Next Top Model.

Liza, Julie and their staff have collected many awards for their nail and beauty treatments including:

 October 2006, Manchester. Liza won 1st place at the National Competition for professional nails.  

Julie achieved 2nd place despite this being her first ever entry.

September 2006, London Alternative Awards, World Championships Competitor and 2nd place, Olympia 

2001 - British Nail Technician, Winner Brighton and Winner Excel

2000 - Winner & Runner Up Olympia

In addition to these awards, Liza is the first person in the UK to work in all four cities during fashion week - London, New York, Milan and Paris. She is also an Ambassador for Creative Nail Design and International Educator for Team Creative, one of only 6 in Europe.
